DataHighway #DHX Hot Source Update

Hello World! Well, that was something!

As most will know, the DataHighway contributor team launched on Biki to ensure a stable lift-off, it was anything but stable, not from a security perspective but from the overwhelming response to $DHX! We undervalued the initial listing price of $DHX,and it seems to have settled to around a miscalculation of the launch price by only around +100x, so we feel somewhat vindicated, and whilst we’ve been feeling better, the supporters of DataHighway have been enjoying a very successful launch, but things are growing, and that’s why we’re informing you with our instalment of the $DHX SOURCE UPDATE. This will be an irregular update of various events and achievements from our contributing developers and wider business development success.

GOVERNANCE

$DHX contributors have been working on the overall on-chain release and governance that comes with it. The $DHX on-chain governance release will ensure a stable system for guiding, managing and implementing changes towards $DHX releases and any on-chain edits. The DataHighway is a DAO. We, therefore, are committed to shared power across the roll-out and implementation of $DHX and we believe this will improve the services surrounding $DHX moving forward. Now of course this is an ongoing process that will take some time, since we are analysing every aspect of what we know, and most importantly what we don’t know. As the DHX chain will improve autonomous chain transactions and support the IoT and Data transmission ecosystem the question of how to deal with unknown unknowns is one that still needs to be confronted. We believe we will soon have further knowledge on further aspects that need to be developed, and then continue to add more of what we don’t know to the list.

DHX-CHAIN

What this also means is that we will be moving the holding power of our current structure from the pre-net App governance, which is what you’re all used to right now, to a fairer and equitable chain-based governance. Specifically, what this means is the $DHX contributor function will move mPower and the mining of the $DHX token to the DHX-chain to ensure all mining is accountable and monitored. This is proving to be some late nights for the contributors and something we are continually working on, this will take some time, and we expect to have some positive news on this next big step in the next $DHX hot source update.

TOKEN FINANCIALS

At a launch price of $1, $DHX quickly grew in force to reach above 200x shortly after being listed on BiKi. Currently sitting at $88 per $DHX, we believe DataHighway DAO is continuing to provide lucrative financial opportunities for those participating in mining. Recently, we have also launched on Hoo.com, and we are currently in the process of being listed on additional exchanges. The current market situation of course is not ideal for new exposure into an additional exchange. Therefore, we are strategically allocating resources to make sure that all listing and trading activities are geared towards protecting the current miners. That is our current priority and will continue to be.

MARKETING

At the current moment, the entire contributors are focusing on development. We wish to approach DataHighway DAO differently and focus mainly on development. However, we understand that for some people, marketing is more important. At the moment, the DHX contributors do not have enough resources to prioritise marketing over development.

This is why we are asking all DHX DAO members to contribute in any way they can. Since this is a DAO, no one requires permission to create content or promote. It does not have to come from an official source, either. Therefore, we ask all those savvy in marketing to contribute in form of content and other promotional materials should they wish to see an increase in DHX marketing. We will also show our appreciation by re-sharing your content and with possible endorsements.

DataHighway contributors have also been working together with industry colleagues at Polkadot, and more will be released as we continue to develop on and with the Dot network. The development team will continue to ensure DataHighway $DHX will be visible on other market sites such as CoinGecko and CoinStats in the next rollouts.
